Communication, attitude, appearance, job applification are four element required in the interview. In my rank, Attitude is the first, Job applification, communication, appearance is second third and forth. Because the attitude choose the most things. It means a positive attitude to work.

The A&F company refuse to sell their clothes to the not cool kids. They rather to burn the unqualified clothes than donate them to the people who don't have the clothes to wear. As a company, I think they have the right to make choice like that, because it's business. They want make a feeling for those kid who buy their clothes, so it make the costumer feels like they seems so cool.

For a student, I should wear neat not only in the work place but also in school. Because wearing neat can get respectful from others. At the past, I would like to wear slippers. But now, I would like to wear suit more. That makes me looks good.

In my opinion, I think the pajama doesn't has a place in the school. Although student are not like the worker in the office. Student also need to wear clean and neat in the school. Because if student wear pajama to school, it gives people a feelling of tired. Wear more professional can make student more energitic and positive.

In the process of finding a job, I think the most thing difficult is hardly to find a perfect job, which is near where I live, expected pay, good opportunity to advanced. May be once I find a job which is very fitted to me, but they didn't want to hire me. For the most of time, I think I should find the most advantage of the job, because there is no perfect in the world.

If I had 20% time of school to do something, I would like to spend those time to read a book. Because reading is a  very good thing, it can broden my knowledge and make me relaxed. Addutional, the book is just like a window of outside world. I can learn others thought and it's very helpful for my future life.

 In my opinion, once the teacher choose to be a teacher. You should love what you are doing, because you choose it. A teacher should be patient to his student and love them although they have a lot of mistakes. Teacher’s job is to make those bad behavior to be good. So the teacher should be responsible to his/her students. Say bad words is not a good choice.

 I think not only the teacher should love what they do and be responsible. Everyone should be responsible to what they do. What’s more, be responsible to the people around him is very important. That can make people have a spirit to not to do something illegal. I would like to try to be responsible to my homework, to my classmate,  to my parents now.

The job I choose is to be a waitor, I think It can related to my career to be a top executive because, Be a waitor need people to feel about others feelling so that he can provide a better service, Same as the Top executive, The key to lead a team is to feel what your teammate feel about. It can make the team more efficiently.

I think It's a very good Idea. Because now the teenager would like to more put their mood or what ther did on the facebook, this is easy for parents to know about their children in the short time and take care them. Because of this, parents and their children can communicate more and the problem is easier to be solved.

I google my name on the internet, unfortunately, I got nothing. I had not traveled to many country, America is the only foreign country I have been, But I had traveled the east coast of the America, such as NewYork, Washington, Boston. They are awesome.If this was the only information someone had about me, they may think I'm a person who has travel to some places.
